COMPUTER BASED TUTORIAL (CBT)-OPERATING
SYSTEM
ABSTRACT
Computer-Based
Tutorial (CBT) is training which is delivered via a computer. Computer-based
tutorial includes tutorials, drill and practice, simulations and testing. It is
an interactive instructional approach in which the computer, taking the place
of an instructor, provides a series of stimuli to the student ranging from
questions to be answered to choices or decisions to be made.
Here the operating system concepts
are discussed. All of the concepts are taken into account and they are divided
into modules and are explained. All the basic concepts are discussed with the
animation. The operating system is learnt to students so that they can
understand the concepts with the help of the computer
The operating system concepts are
implemented as a computer-based tutorial using the text, voice and animation.
All the basic concepts which form the base of the operating system are
explained with the animation process, which makes the user to understand
easily.
