                        Now a day’s every user wants to learn anything from online. Every user is interesting in learning any course through online. User is interest not only in document format sometimes he wants know more about subject in the form video files. So user can get more on subject.

                        This system provides a web-based interface and supports tasks such as on-line registration, workflow and self-service training programs Global Indoctrination Sig- nature System gives clients direct access to innovative solutions for the deployment, tracking and reporting of services company-wide or worldwide.

                        A web based tracking and collaboration system for administrators, trainers, course delegates and their nominated colleagues.

                        The administrators can set up the details of each training programmer and this information can be accessed online by trainers Trainers can assess data provided by the Admin. Administrators can monitor progress and the flow of information

INTRODUCTION TO PROJECT

PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT

                        The project is fully integrated with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution and developed in a manner that is easily manageable, time saving and relieving one form manual.

PROBLEM IN EXISTING SYSTEM

                        The existing system is a manual system. In this administration has to conduct classes or user has to attend classes to learn a course.  The manual system is lot of time consuming .In this system user unable to view the all the files.

                         Searching of particular information is very critical it takes lot of time. Self-service training is not possible. It is the most cost effective for administration as well as user.

SOLUTION OF THESE PROBLES

                        The development of this new system contains the following activities, which try to automate the entire process keeping in the view of database integration approach. User Friendliness is provided in the application with various controls provided by system Rich User Interface.

                         The system makes the overall project management much easier and flexible. It can be accessed over the Internet. Various classes have been used for view the data and video files. The user information files can be stored in centralized database which can be maintained by the system. This can give the good security for user information because data is not in client machine.

                         Authentication is provided for this application only registered users can access .User can get the information provided by admin or system.

                        There is no risk of data management at any level while the project development is under process. User can give suggestion regarding any new course. User can track the information regarding of his course. Report generation features is provided using crystal reports to generate different kind of reports.

            The system after careful analysis has been identified to be presented with the following modules:

Administration:

            For every web application there should be one person to maintain that application that person we call Admin.

            He is key person and having all authorities on this application.

            In this module admin login first and he manages the courses i.e. add, update course along with video files, doc files, and audio files.

            He can track the user details and at same he can view the requests send by user and concern the requests if needed.

            Video files, doc files uploaded will be done based on course by Admin

User Registration:

            In this module registration of user will take place. If a user wants to learn the online course, he has to register first.

            User Fill registration form with entire details along with his user name and password.

            After successfully registered user will get the user name and password.

User Course Usage & Tracking:

            In this module the course view and tracking will take place.

            Registered user can view the all courses and he can track the course also.

            User can view the video files and the files if any on course.]

New Course Suggestion Module:

            In this module the user can give suggestion to the new course if the course is not available.

            The user sends a request for new course to the system.

Search:

             In this modules user can search different types of search.

            And he also can search for video files and doc files based on his course.

Reports:

            In this module reports will be generated. This will take care by Admin only. He is only the right persons to view the different types of reports.

            Reports will be generated based on user, courses, and files and also on user login activity.

            By considering these reports administration will take decision for further implementation.

Authentication:

            Authentication is nothing but providing security to the system. Here every must enter into the system throw login page.

 The login page will restrict the UN authorized users.  A user must provide his credential like user Id and password for log into the system. For that the system maintains data for all users.
