Admin Module:

                   Admin module has entire project privileges that actually create new scheme which is introduced by Government, and also displays list of schemes available to the user. He is also displays all the reports corresponding to the user and higher abstraction level. Administrator module also manages user profiles and also maintains status of employees.

Department Officer Module:

                   Department module mainly focuses on verifying the applications of user according to the department and also has to submit the concerned application status reports to the administrator. He has the capability to change his own profile.

Applicant Module:

                   Applicant module mainly focuses on viewing whatever the schemes introduce by government. Apply Particular Scheme and also viewing the particular application status as per the submitted details. User will know the reason if in case application is rejected.

Existing System

                   Present system is manual. In this existing system has to submit all the details through a manual paper and send it to the authorities, mayor may not check verify the application details, most of the times all the application go into the dustbin due to negligence of concerned Department employees. There is no transparency in the existing system.

                   The computerization of this system would avoid the wrong interpretation and bad calculation of data .The system help the user to see any documents, source code, tasks, activities, team information with details at the click of a button. The record data is maintained and backed up such a way that data is not loss. The speed of the system could also increase.
