ABSTRACT

                   Immigration Department has to check and clear the International passengers arriving or departing at different airports or seaports before clearing the passenger to facilitate and speed up the clearing process, a system has been designed to maintain a database of persons wanted in connection with any crimes.

PROJECT OVERVIEW :

                   The work of Immigration Department is carried out by the following branches:-

                   Immigration Department has to check and clear the International passengers arriving or departing at different airports or seaports before clearing the passenger, they want to check whether he is involved in any crime.

                   To facilitate and speed up the clearing process, a system has been designed to maintain a database of persons wanted in connection with any crimes, etc. This database is regularly updated with local police alert notices and Interpol alert notices.

                   With this, it is very easy to decide if a person is in the look-out and clear the passenger quickly.

MODULES  :

           Generally whole Project is divided into Four Modules:

                                 1.  Login Form

  2. Passenger Details

     3. Immigration Enter

   4. Statistical Report

MODULE DESCRIPTION :

1.     Login Form:

                               This module has to maintain the passenger’s information,                      registering the Administrators, changing the passwords

2.     Passenger Details:

                              The passengers have to register their details regarding                                        the passport In order to be verified by the immigration                                       department and to check whether he is involved in any                                       crime.

              3. Immigration Enter:

                            Immigration Department has to check and                             clear the International     passengers arriving                          or departing at different airports or seaports                     before clearing the passenger, they want to                          check whether he is involved in any  crime.

 4. Statistical Report:

·                  Daily Arrival/Departure details

·         Country wise details of passengers by a plane.

·         Details of Diplomats / Non diplomats arrived or departed.

·         Various statistical reports like no. of males, females, child      passengers arrived/departed
