            Today, quickest and efficient supply chain management is the key success factor for many business sectors.

Surface transport still rules as the most widely used mode of logistics in our country.

It’s high time; the transportation companies switch to futuristic technology solutions to manage the ever growing industry requirements and never ending customer demands.

- Please ensure that you leave your package open for inspection at the EMS/Speed post counter before sealing.

- Ensure that you enter complete address of the sender and addressee (including Telephone/Fax numbers) in clear and legible handwriting.

- Ensure that you declare the content(s) of the package in the relevant column of the item label receipt.

- For parcels/merchandise, ensure that you complete the customs declaration form which will show the precise contents and value of your goods.

- For all shipments, ensure that you sign and date the item label after making sure that all relevant columns have been duly completed.

- The sender must ensure that he/she receives the customer's copy of the item label (receipt) which acts as the proof of postage.

- Ensure that you enclose invoice for all merchandise items
