Abstract
The new system or website “MEDICARE” consists of service
availability on the Internet. It provides easiest way for getting all the medical records for patients and
others to get all the information needed as quick as possible that too from
anywhere in the world. The other possibility for sending the medical records
through e-mail anywhere in the world if necessary.
Who is aware of our
health register for our website? In this website providing the medical
identification number for each user. At the emergency (Accidents, unconscious,
etc) time anyone can see the particular information for particular person based
on medical identification number. Here the contact numbers are available we can
inform the particular person home and contact family doctor.

Existing System
Presently, our system for a customer
maintaining our medical records manually. If any important medical records
misses or damages, we cannot see our original records. If a person has many
medical records of him he cannot maintain his whole records update, for
maintaining a records you need separate place for that, for this purpose only
we are maintaining a customer medical records permanently in separate
databases.
Hence it’s a very big
problem for those who don’t have any idea of the medical field. A person
suffering with some problem cannot get correct and immediate prescription or
treatment until he meets the right doctor. This may cause or severe problems
too.
Nowadays in order to get correct information
and right treatment for a patient has to go by him wherever needed.
This is a lengthy process, which takes a lot
of time to design manually, and also costs more and even limited to certain
extent. It’s not possible to get all the information or details as well as we
can’t satisfy the user through this process.
Drawbacks
There
are various types of damages, which may be found in paper documents, like.
1. With age it may become
weak. Sometimes paper gets so weak that
it gets broken into pieces.
2. There may be a color
alteration in it and it may get yellowed.
3. Dust and dirt
may be present on the surface.
4. Insects of
various types may have damaged the document.
5. Fungi may be
actively present, or may have damaged the paper in the past.
6. The document
may have got stained by various means e.g.: water stains, fungus stains oil
stains, ink stains or simply dirt stains.
7. Water may have
affected the paper at some time, and besides staining, it may have made it
limp.
Proposed System
This site
also contains the administration module, which deals with sending messages through
the parent e-mail. In the medical schemes are not reach the correct time for
anyone. We have noted this problem to solve searching the age below 18 in
parents e-mail and sending the Medicare notification for each user before one
week what are schemes are announcing in the Indian the government.
The main
purpose of going to design and develop this project is to get above mentioned
benefits as well as the truth that Internet supports any type of service or
business process where in communication between the patients, users, doctor’s
website designers are vital.
