MEDICLAIM PROCESSING
Abstract:
This
project is designed under the software package Microsoft Visual Basic .Net as
Front-end and SQL SERVER as Back-end.
The
MEDICLAIM PROCESSING project is developed for prevailing Medical allowances for
the employees working in that concern. The MEDICLAIM PROCESSING as it’s back
end tool.
The
MEDICLAIM PROCESSING consists of an employee master record in which the details
of all employees are recorded. The Medical allowances are prevailed by checking
their eligibility conditions.
The
manual data processing requires all the information to be analyzed and may
often to be very tedious. It may sometimes lead to error. By computerizing this
MEDICLAIM PROCESSING, it will be easy to deal with and there will be no human
interventions.
The
project “MEDICLAIM PROCESSING” is an attempt to provide the users clear
cognizance on issues related to claiming funds in accordance with media claim
following a health hazards.
The
users are been given insight view on rules and procedures subject to media claim
process in a conceptual manner and produce. Clear guidance to people who are ignorant in issues relating to

Existing System
The existing system is a manual system. Here
the users’ needs to save his information in the form of excel sheets or disk
drive. There is no sharing is possible if the data is in the form of paper or
disk drive. The manual system gives us very less security for saving data: some
data may be lost due to mismanagement. It’s a limited system and fewer users
friendly. Searching of particular information is very critical its take lot of
time, it is very critical to maintain records manually for physical devices of
a computer. Because organizations contains computer on different configuration.
It is a tedious job to maintain more no of projects at time manually in the
companies. Every project has to be split in to no of modules; it is very
difficult to find which employees are working in which module. There is no way
to access the system from the side of any client.
Proposed system
To
debug the existing system, remove procedures those cause data redundancy, make
navigational sequence proper. To provide information about users on different
level and also to reflect the current work status depending on organization. To
build strong password mechanism.

records.

computerization of this system would avoid the wrong interpretation and bad
calculation of data .The system help the user to see any documents, source
code, tasks, activities, team information with details at the click of a
button. The record data is maintained and backed up such a way that data is not
loss. The speed of the system could also increase.
