STRUCTURE FOR HR ADMINISTATION SYSTEM



                                ABSTRACT
          This project is aimed at developing a web-based and central Recruitment Process System for the HR Group for a company. Some features of this system will be creating vacancies, storing Applicants data, Interview process initiation, Scheduling Interviews, Storing Interview results for the applicant and finally Hiring of the applicant. Reports may be required to be generated for the use of HR group.

 INTRODUCTION

          We are using our own developed IT Plot folio Management System for our employees, management and the Company. Based on our specific needs of the company's employees and the management, the IT plot folio Management System is customized by Silver Touch HR department jointly with the Software division. It’s developed using ASP.Net and SQL Server 2005 as a database.
           Usage of advanced technology and sophisticated IT tools facilitate our IT plot folio Management System to access from web in a secured way within Intranet. We are truly satisfied with IT plot folio Management System performance and its significant contribution towards organization expansion.



          The IT plot folio Management function includes a variety of activities, and key among them is deciding what staffing needs you have and whether to use independent contractors or hire employees to fill these needs, recruiting and training the best employees, ensuring they are high performers, dealing with performance issues, and ensuring your personnel and management practices conform to various regulations.
           Activities also include managing your approach to employee benefits and compensation, employee records and personnel policies. Usually small businesses (for-profit or nonprofit) have to carry out these activities themselves because they can't yet afford part- or full-time help. However, they should always ensure that employees have -- and are aware of -- personnel policies which conform to current regulations. These policies are often in the form of employee manuals, which all employees have.

          Note that some people distinguish a difference between IT plot folio Management System (a major management activity) and HRD (Human Resource Development, a profession). Those people might include HRM in IT plot folio Management System, explaining that IT department  includes the broader range of activities to develop personnel inside of organizations, including, e.g., career development, training, organization development, etc.

ADMIN MODULE

          In this Module Admin can Login to Admin Login Page. If he doesn’t have valid User Name and Password means He/She should Sign in to Admin Account. Then he/she may get valid User Name and Password.

APPLICATION ENTRY CREATION

          In this Module Admin can have permission to create Applicant details in the Form? Applicant personal details and aggregate details are stored in separate database.

APPLICATION REPORT VIEW

          This Module is Application Report View. Admin can Edit, Update and Delete the Applicant details. Those details are stored in Application detail database.
EMPLOYEE DETAIL

          This Module is Employee Detail Module. Admin can have permission to add Employee details such as Employee ID, Employee Name, Employee Father Name, Address, Mobile Number and Email ID. Those details are stored in database called Employee Detail.
TRAINING DETAIL

          This Module is Training Detail. Admin have permission to enter training details and who are employees are eligible for the particular training those details are stored in Training detail database. And also can modify the records such as, Update and Delete the Training Details.
POSTING DETAIL

          This Module is Posting Detail Module. This Module defines the Posting details such as Employee ID, Employee Name, Designation, Posting Date, Department, Salary and HR Name those details are stored in osting Details database.
PORFOLIO CREATION

          This Module is Portfolio Creation. Here details such as Project Number, Name, Projective Type, Priority, Start, Due date, Total task, Total Hours, Average percentage done those details are stored in Portfolio database. And also can Edit, Update and Delete those details.ital media at home, at work, and on the Internet. Enjoy photography, music, videos, computer games, and more.
